Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aamia sells digital files (PDF downloads). Nothing is shipped, and files are delivered instantly after purchase.

30-day refund

If a file is faulty (for example, it will not open or is corrupted) or is not as described on its product page, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address used for the order and a short description of the problem. We may first offer a corrected or replacement file.

Other cases

Digital goods are otherwise non-returnable. Please read the product description and download the free preview, where offered, before buying.

Cancellation

Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled after purchase other than under the refund terms above. We do not offer subscriptions.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment platform used at checkout. The time for the money to appear depends on that platform and your bank.
